MISTLETOE MIMOSA

Christmas brunch is the perfect excuse to add festive twists on staple menu items.  Reindeer pancakes, powered sugar strawberry topiary trees, snowball donuts, and mistletoe mimosas made the cut this year!

INGREDIENTS

Rosemary

Sugar

Simple syrup

1/2 oz Cranberry juice 

1/2 oz Pomegranate juice

Edible glitter (optional)

Prosecco or sparkling wine 

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

 Dip sprigs of rosemary into simple syrup then coat in sugar.

STEP 2

Place on cooling rack to harden.

STEP 3

Combine cranberry juice, pomegranate juice and edible glitter into a shaker.

STEP 4

Shake.

STEP 5

Pour shaker contents into a flute.

STEP 6

Top flute with prosecco.Garnish with sugared rosemary.
