Raspberry Mascarpone Spoons

This recipe is a dollop of fun and so easy to make! 

Ingredients

1/4 cup heavy cream, cold

8 ounces mascarpone cheese, chilled

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Remove mascarpone cheese from the fridge and let soften for a few minutes.

2. Rinse and pat dry your raspberries. Add heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix.

3. Whisk in powdered sugar until combined.

4. Use a piping bag to ice a dollop of mascarpone whip cream on your spoon (or simply take a spoonful with your spoon) and top with a raspberry!

These small bites can be incorporated into almost any menu!
