Heart Jellies

An adult jello shot is a chic way to add a little fun to any cocktail party. Pop them on a silver tray for a wow factor and watch these jellies shine.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups lychee juice

1 cup of Vodka

3/4 cup of water

4 tablespoons sugar

6 packets of gelatin

Maraschino Cherries with stems

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lightly spray your hearts tray with a neural oil/ cooking spray.

  2. In a bowl, mix in your gelatin with cold water, stir well and let sit for about five minutes.

  3. In a small saucepan, warm up the lychee juice, sugar and lime juice over low heat until the sugar completely dissolves. ( make sure not to boil )
    4. Remove from heat, stir in the vodka.

    5. Pour the liquid into your the hearts tray and top each heart with a maraschino cherry.

    6. Stick the tray into the fridge for 2 hours or until the jellies have completely settled.

    7. Place cherries on a silver tray and serve.
