BATCH CHAI ESPRESSO MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups chai tea (recommend TAZO Chai Latte Concentrate  )

1 cup iced espresso for batch plus enough to make frozen espresso cubes (like ice)

1 1/2 cups Mr. Black’s coffee liquor

2 1/2 cups vodka 

3 cups oat milk (or milk of choice)

DIRECTIONS

1. First, freeze espresso or coffee in a large mold or bundt pan.  In this instance, we used the lid of an empty truffle box. You could absolutely use water and traditional ice but we find it waters down the drink throughout the night.

2. Make sure all ingredients are very cold.

3. Using a large punch or trifle bowl, combine chai tea, iced espresso or coffee, coffee liquor, vodka, milk and mix well.

4. Drop in your frozen espresso/coffee cube.

4. Ladle up drinks and top with 3 espresso beans!
