FROZEN CHERRY ESPRESSO MARTINI

Freshly brewed espresso mingling with the sweet, nostalgic scent of ripe summer cherries. Meet the frozen cherry espresso martini.

INGREDIENTS


3 oz Vodka
2 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz simple syrup
1.5 cups frozen cherries
3 frozen espresso cubes
1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
Ice

DIRECTIONS


1. Prep ahead of time. My suggestion would be to make the frozen espresso cubes the night prior.

2. Once cubes are frozen, add all of the ingredients into a blender with ice.

3. Blend for 15 seconds and serve in chilled coupe glasses.

4. Garnish with cherries
