DATE SNICKERS

Dates are rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron and act as natural energy source.  This easy recipe is perfect to curb those late-night sweet treat cravings!

INGREDIENTS

dates (pitted)

crunchy peanut butter 

dark chocolate 

sea salt 

DIRECTIONS

1.Halve the dates.

2. Fill dates with peanut butter and close (like a sandwich).

3. Line a plate with parchment paper.Melt dark chocolate.

4. Dip dates in melted chocolate and coat.

5. Sprinkle the top of each coated date with sea-salt.

6. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set up.
