Spiderweb Martini

One of our favorite ways to decorate for Halloween is with intricate spiderwebs.  We took to a culinary version using marshmallows and a creamy espresso martini recipe.  The finishing touch on this cocktail is the perfect accessory for a spooky night; you’re never too old for a spider ring!

Ingredients

1.5 oz Espresso

1.5 oz Kahlua

1.5 oz Vanilla or whipped vodka 

3 oz Milk or cream of choice

Ice

Marshmallows

Spider ring (plastic)

Combine espresso, Kahlua, vodka, milk, and ice into a shaker and shake well!  Melt marshmallows in microwave 30-45 seconds and pull apart over glass to make a web (it’s best to use gloves for this part!).  Pour shaker contents into glass and top with spider ring!
