Host Like It’s Thursday Night

Hosting like it’s Thursday night isn't a formal concept, but rather a practical approach to hosting dinner gatherings. Host on a school or work night, with the kids’ toys tucked in but still visible, and a table set with whichever tablecloth is clean but not impeccably curated.  The menu is simple, sandwiches, something quick on the grill, fundraiser pizza, etc.  It’s the preference  of a casual get-together versus a perfectly planned dinner. Homes people keep coming back to don’t wait for “just right.” They share their normal, and honestly, what is more welcoming than that?
