Cottontail Martini

This Easter, we're taking the celebration from simply sweet to seriously chic. It's time to retire the pastel eggs and generic bunnies in favor of an event that's as refined as it is festive. Think intimate brunch, unexpected decor and cocktails that are almost too beautiful to drink.

Forget the usual suspects; our Easter menu is curated for the modern host. It's about sophisticated flavors and visual impact. And when it comes to a signature drink, we're pouring the ultimate statement piece: the Cottontail Martini.

Ingredients

1.5 ounces vanilla vodka

1.5 ounces coconut rum

2 ounces half and half

1/2 ounce cream of coconut

Splash of pineapple juice

Caramel Sauce

chopped unsweetened coconut for rim

Marshmallow to garnish

Directions

  1. Rim your glasses with honey, add coconut shreds and set glasses aside.

  2. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, combine vanilla vodka, rum, half and half, Crème of coconut and pineapple juice.

  3. Shake well and pour into your martini glasses.

  4. Garnish the rim with a large marshmallow, we can’t forget the cottontail.
