Batch Lemon Drop Martini

Batching cocktails is the ultimate host’s hack for staying present at the party instead of being tied to a shaker. By prepping a batch of lemon drop martini ahead of time, you eliminate the frantic measuring and sticky countertop mess that accompanies individual drinks!

Ingredients

2 cups vodka

3/4 cup Cointreau 

1 cup lemon juice

3/4 cup simple syrup 

1 lemon to freeze 

Directions

  1. Rinse a lemon, slice into rings or wedges and freeze.

  2. Rim glasses with lemon juice rolled in sugar ahead of time.

  3. To a punch bowl or large carafe add vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice and simple syrup.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Add in frozen lemons.

When guests arrive, simply pour!
