Banana Bread Latte
Banana Bread Syrup
1 ripe banana | mashed
1 cup water
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
Generous splash of vanilla extract
Instructions
In a saucepan, add the mashed banana, water, maple syrup, brown sugar and vanilla.
Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and blend until smooth ( immersion blender works best ).
Pour through a fine mesh sieve and into a jar for an extra smooth finish. ( optional )

Banana Bread Syrup | Espresso | Ice | Milk of choice
Step 1 : Add 1-2 heaping tablespoons of banana bread syrup to your espresso cup.
Step 2 : Make a double shot of espresso and mix together
Step 3 : Transfer contents into a jar or shaker and shake well. Although it may be tempting, don’t skip this part.
Step 4 : Pour over lots of Ice.
Step 5 : Add milk of choice
Viola! Add your favorite straw and enjoy.
